CEF of Central Maine's fair ministry has been going on for a number of years with the use of story trailers. We set up one of our trailers at a fair or festival and invite the children to hear the story, after which they receive a small treat bag. The children are often attracted by Gospel face painting and Gospel illusions. We currently have a gingerbread-style trailer called the Good News Gables, a covered wagon called the Wynn Wagon, and a red barn. We seek to train local volunteers to tell the stories in each location.
